Thread veins, often known as spider veins or dermal flares, are fine veins that can be seen through the skin mainly on the face, legs, as well as other more sensitive areas of the body. With successful vein removal treatment the skin looks more smooth and youthful. However laser vein removal does not prevent new veins from forming. If new veins appear over time, further treatments may be needed to prolong the results of the previous treatments.
